Conspiracy Fact: James Earl Ray Didn’t Kill Martin Luther King Jr.

The only thing worse than desperate conspiracy hobbyists are desperate mainstream apologists, or the kind of people that use the term ‘tin foil hat’ every time someone mentions anything not in their junior high school history book. Both are frightfully ignorant.

On our left we have an image of MLKIII shaking James Earl Ray’s hand. Why? Because the King family does not believe that Ray was the assassin. More importantly there was a civil lawsuit in which a jury ruled that Ray was not the assassin.

For those interested, and to point out how idiotic it is that people say I’m wearing a ‘tin foil hat,’ I direct your attention to the following link where you will find a summary of the verdict and a statement by the King family regarding the trail.

The King Family vs Loyd Jowers Civil Suit

“The jury was clearly convinced by the extensive evidence that was presented during the trial that, in addition to Mr. Jowers, the conspiracy of the Mafia, local, state and federal government agencies, were deeply involved in the assassination of my husband.” – Coretta Scott King
