neck and muscle pain

sometimes I think I get up too quickly in summer the heat causes me to have vein strain in the neck and chest and then to muscle. I don’t enjoy summer and extreme weather anymore. we never get nice storms anymore to sooth the body after a hot day. we need full air con in our house or just move.
